Okay, so where are we on the new onboarding flow. Design handed over the last two screens on Friday, so the build should start today and land by Thursday. The bit I'm worried about is the email step — we still don't know whether we're sending the verification code or a magic link, and Sam is out until Wednesday. On performance, load time is down to about 1.4 seconds from 2.1, which is most of the way to where we wanted it. The remaining cost is the font loading, and we can probably fix that by self-hosting rather than pulling from the CDN. Last thing — we should decide on the launch date before the end of this week. Mid-November still looks realistic assuming nothing slips on the email step.
